Big Andy Tees will make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with any and all products bought through this website. Pride is taken in every design, as well as the quality of every product sold.
In the event a product(s) is received in an unsatisfactory condition, an E-mail must be sent to returns@bigandytees.com within 48 hours of delivery and prior to returning the item(s) to Big Andy Tees. Include the reason(s) for dissatisfaction and in some cases, proof thereof for *validity. The item(s) can then be returned for a full refund or exchange and the account can be properly credited.
Products must be packaged and sent the same as they were originally shipped (remember: all products were carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping). Once the item(s) is received by Big Andy Tees in resalable condition (where applicable), the refund will be applied to the buyer's account. **Exchanges will be reshipped the day they are received by Big Andy Tees in resalable condition (where applicable).
Big Andy Tees will always help the customer with any problem(s) and seeks their full satisfaction.
* There are no invalid reasons for dissatisfaction, however if the item(s) is torn, stretched, ripped, or otherwise damaged it will be considered non resalable and no refund will be issued nor will the item(s) be eligible for exchange.
If the customer feels the image is crooked or off center, a picture of the claim must be sent with the complaint E-mail for verification, and only an exchange will be issued.
** Exchanges will only be granted for the following mistakes:
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Wrong image
All items being exchanged for the above issues will be matched to the order form received by Big Andy Tees for verification. If for any reason the complaint and the order form do not match, the customer will be contacted by E-mail to resolve the issue.
If there are any other complaints aside from what is addressed in the above policy, contact Big Andy Tees with the complaint at returns@bigandytees.com and your issue will be resolved.
If for any reason the customer doesn't like the product(s) upon delivery, and there is no physical damage to the item(s), the item(s) may be repackaged and sent back to Big Andy Tees after the complaint E-mail has been sent for a full refund.
